- Keep your greens chilled and transfer them to the fridge as soon as you get home.

- Did you know that putting avocados and bananas with other fruit and veg causes them to ripen even quicker? So keep them separate.
- Store your leftovers correctly, so they can be eaten as another meal later on.
- Check your fridge is at the correct temperature.
- Allow more time to eat during meals, it’s not a race!
